Why is equity, diversity and inclusion consultation & training important?
Whether you want to obtain Continuing Education for your professional licensure, or are interested at the organizational/agency level, diversity training and consultation provides tools for increasing and improving awareness, knowledge and communication to address inequities and eliminate barriers disproportionately experienced by historically oppressed groups.
