Topic Areas Covered:

Eleanor provides consultation, training and supervision in the arena of culturally responsive care and diversity, equity and inclusion. These areas are covered from a trauma-informed lens that includes an understanding of historical, intergenerational and racial trauma.

Another content area that Eleanor covers pertains to wellness and self-care. As a certified yoga instructor, she enjoys providing trainings related to incorporating practical yoga, mindfulness and breath into the work day as a way to alleviate stress and improve well being on the job and beyond the work setting.
